All changes may take 24-48 hours to be reflected in HPYou.
"My login credentials don’t work…"
- Are you using the HPYou icon provided on DLive?
- You must login through the DLive training website. If you get a ‘session could not be established error’, you may be entering the wrong username and password.
- You can also access HPYou icon through dominos.com
- Team Members Login: 0 + Store Number + Pulse ID
- Team Members Password: Your Pulse pin
- If this doesn’t work the 24 – 48 hr. time frame may not have passed.
- You must clock in to Pulse.
- Team Member’s email must be in Pulse and then they must log in to Pulse.
- Once this has been completed, it typically takes 24 hours for the account to migrate to HPYou and appear.
- If you don’t log in, it takes 48-60 hours.
- Team Members working in multiple stores:
- Enter a valid personal email address in Pulse for the team member at their home store.
- Email should ONLY be listed in the HOME store. Remove email from other locations.
Videos are not playing properly in my store…
- Check to see if your pop-up blocker has been disabled.
- Drop outside of Pulse to play videos.
- You can also access HPYou through a Windows based device through a secure wireless connection in your store.
